Parking is available next to the trail entrance at 230 Hanlon Creek Boulevard. \n… \nJoin Moritz to plant trees shrubs and perennials as the frost leaves the soil and we can get our shovels into the ground! \nPlease bring your shovel\, pails for watering and gardening gloves. If you don’t have your own tools\, just bring your enthusiasm – we will loan you some of our tools. Dress in layers so you are comfortable as the day and your body warms up.  Wear clothes that you can wash any soil off. \nWe can spread out to plant and you may want to wear a mask when arriving and during the planting demonstrations. We will be following all the health recommendations and want everyone to feel comfortable and safe planting with us. \nWe plant rain or shine or (hopefully not) snow. \nNever planted a tree before? No problem\, Moritz will be demonstrating planting techniques continuously throughout the planting sessions to ensure a very high survival rate of all the planting materials. \nWe cannot do this without the incredibly generous support from our partners including the City of Guelph\, Copernicus Education Products\, The Modern Bride\, Johnson & Johnson\, Pollination Guelph\, Royal City Brewing\, Rotary Club of Guelph South\, Home Depot\, Rona\, Grand River Conservation Authority\, Upper Grand District School Board and Wellington Catholic District School Board
