September 30th Community Planting – Norm Jary Park

Join the whole crew from Trees for Guelph between 9:30 and 12:30 for Community Planting Days. We plant rain or shine or (hopefully not) snow. This is an all ages event.
Register on site on the day at the welcome table.
We ask that you bring your own water bottle and gardening gloves. If you have a favourite shovel, bring that too! If you don’t have gear…DON’T WORRY, we have some you can borrow.
We recommend sturdy footwear and layers of clothing that are comfortable to work and have fun in.
With planting demonstrations happening continuously throughout the morning, come for as little or as long as you can. Learn all the techniques to plant for high survival rates.
Are you a high school students wanting volunteer hours? Make sure to bring your log sheet so we can record your efforts.
